We look to your future. I identify obstacles - usually your own thoughts - that are holding you back, and help you to create strategies to overcome them. I am a safe place to vent.
One of my favorite things about life coaching is that there is no set agenda. Every client has a different starting situation and wants a specific result. Coaching is very self-directed, but that doesn't mean you come up with the agenda! After our first chat, we determine what big blocks we need to solve (spoiler alert: this is usually something that shows up in many places in your life) and we get to work solving them over the course of your working relationship by creating a bespoke plan, just for you. All of that said, I'm your expert on imposter syndrome (high-achievers, I'm talking to you) and getting your home life organized so that you don't feel overwhelmed.
My coaching practice is boutique - I only take a couple of clients at a time. Because of that, I'm fairly flexible. In my more traditional program, I usually coach weekly or bi-weekly, by phone or by Zoom. Sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes (but I admit that I love my work, so be prepared for an hour). I also offer a series of "Commute Coaching" 30-minute sessions done during commutes; I find these particularly valuable for women who work - I know we are busy!
